Scouts

Scouts are aged 10.5-14. Each Scout troop consists of smaller groups ('patrols') lead by an experienced Scout (Patrol leader).
They are ready for take on the world and should be encouraged to do their own activity planning, with guidance from leaders.
Similarly, Scouts are expected to develop their own interests and achieve badges independently, as well as during meetings. The Chief Scout's Gold award is the biggest challenge so far!
